To avoid disappointment …

DON’T:

• Start flying until you have a very thorough knowledge of what you are getting into.

• Assume that all flying schools and instructors have your best interests in mind.

• Assume that because Transport Canada establishes the standards, good quality training is automatically provided..

• Assume that low rates mean lower total costs.

• Believe that a bad start can be rectified later.

• Start training unless you have adequate time and money available (If you can’t start right - DON’T START AT ALL.)
